Weapon: A modified Mp5 with a silencer or whatever weapon he can get his hands on. He is also pretty good at kickboxing.

Appearance: Tie has slicked back black hair that is starting to grey. His left eye is a bright blue while the right one is a milky white. His skin is pale but not white he would never let it get that pale. He likes to keep himself as shaved and professional looking as possible. He wears a navy blue buttoned up collared shirt with a blue and grey striped tie over it, black dress pants and matching dress shoes. The shoe on his right foot is modified for his missing leg. His leg is made of carbon fiber with a few notches put into it. Each one represents someone he kneed hard enough with that leg.

Personality: Tie is a very enthusiastic man. He loves what he does and does what he loves. He will do what he wants if he feels it will benefit him or his 'business', He will help someone up just as quickly as he will shoot them. But he does all of this with a smile and a pep in his step. He will never let life get him down even if life is crushing him under a three ton weight he would be positive. He doesn't care who you are or what you do if you need him he will help you. To him it doesn't matter if you are angel,demon, or human if you need him you are just another client. He doesn't consider anyone above or below him just someone that can help or hinder him. He only accepts money to keep his 'business' going and for basic things other then that he has no use for it.

Background: Tie was raised by a middle class Irish family right here in Daten city. His childhood was nothing special due to the fact that he spent most of his time reading any book he could and exercising to stay in good shape. After graduating from college he bounced around doing odd jobs here and there before he eventually started working for a rather old man. This man gave him a simple job... Keep an eye on anyone who he deemed a threat to his 'business'. Surprisingly tie was good at this. Quick on his feet,quiet, and crafty as all hell there was no spy job he couldn't do and no one was safe. This caught the eye of several people, most of which were people who he had watched in the past and all of them were pissed. A couple of guys came up with a great idea to stop him once and for all. After spending a lot of time and a lot of money tracking him down they finally caught him at his place of work. Unfortunately his boss wasn't around...if he was things would have probably gone much better for Tie. After dragging him out of the store and to there own place of 'business' they decided to give him a little encouragement to stop all his spying by removing his right leg. After tossing him out like old trash he hobbled..then crawled to the nearest building.Some might say a higher power gave him the strength to do it but if you ask him he will say it was his own skill.

Tie was brought to a hospital and put in the ICU due to major blood loss and shock after the terrible job they did cutting his leg off and cracked his eye socket blinding him in one eye. After fighting hard he finally recovered after several months. He was given an artificial leg and sent on his way. After finally returning to his job he was turned away, his boss thought he was too much of a liability with his leg. This was the first time Tie actually felt defeated in his whole life. He refused to mope though and he set out on his own using all the skills he learned at his last job to start again better then before. He founded a small business "O'Donnelly Electronic Repair." While he actually would service and repair electronic devices he would also do anything someone needed done to spy on someone and sell the information to the highest bidder. From wire taps to secret videos there was nothing he wouldn't or couldn't do to get the job done. He doesn't care about money anymore. He only accepts it to keep his 'business' and himself alive. He is happy that his 'business' has grown into what it is now. Despite losing his leg and part of his vision at 21 he still has a spring in each step. He even bought the best prosthetic leg money can buy. He claims it feels like the real thing but no one can tell if he is bluffing or not.

There are a lot of thing going on in this city now. Angels and Demons in the city, ghosts running wild and too many other things to name. This new city is Ties dream come true. He sees everything going on as a 'business' opportunity. He will stay as neutral as possible and gather any information he can, selling it to either side...for the right price that is. He spends all his freetime now tapping into any system he can to keep an eye on this whole things. Of course he has to think of a more lucrative and crazy way to get into both the angel and demon bases without being spotted. Plus that new DCOS system has a wide reach and tapping into that can be a huge advantage to his 'business'. Tie has a lot of work on his hands now and he couldn't be happier. Of course he might have to take out another loan or two.

-People breaking his stuff when he find it. Seriously that is some expensive stuff.

-He has a heavily customized black dodge charger. The car has been set up so it is completely bulletproof and EMP proof. It's also good for plowing through traffic.

- When he is bored or he doesn't know what to say he will start eating whatever food is around him.

-He only buys expensive razors so he can get the closest shave possible.
